Work experience
As an Engineering Manager of a full stack software development team embedded within a larger engineering organization, I lead and manage my team, coordinate cross-team collaboration, and continuously adapt processes. I bring innovative ideas to drive efficiency and enhance our development practices.
Initially starting as a frontend developer, I swiftly transitioned to mastering backend development, evolving into a fullstack developer. I was responsible for creating mockups, conducting thorough code reviews, and performing comprehensive end-to-end testing. My work ensured seamless integration and high-quality software delivery.
I began my career at genua by writing my thesis on "adaptive allocation of operating system resources," where I developed a kernel extension for the OpenBSD Kernel. Following this, I joined a specialized team dedicated to enhancing the security of the Linux kernel. I then transitioned to a fullstack development role, focusing on Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. Throughout all my roles, I consistently upheld high-quality standards, delivering comprehensible and maintainable code that met rigorous performance and security requirements.
